YOU are the most important person in your life and to your business.  Your business is an extension and an expression of YOU.  If you’re not your best self, your life, your family and your business suffers.  How do I know this?  I’ve lived it.  And after passing through much of life’s darkest fears, I have become a deep resource of living wisdom for others.

I grew up in a dysfunctional family and experienced a lot of childhood trauma which  drove me into the safest place I could find at the time, my mind.  Logic and reasoning ran the show and I never quite figured out how to feel joy from logic.  I put everything into school and work; got the degree, became a workaholic where my life and identity revolved around the financial and physical results.  It became a vicious cycle of “never enough.”  Not enough time, happiness or love.  And, I never felt heard or understood.  Relationships were tough and I was a mess.  I figured out the money part, but only when one has money do they realize that money doesn’t buy happiness.
