Envision yourself sitting on the couch below, overlooking the ocean and feeling the warmth of the rays of sunlight touching your body as you feel grounded, nourished and calm in your clear state of mind.  This unaltered state will help you focus on who you are, who you want to be, where you are and where you want to go.  During this time together, we will all be in an unaltered state of mind with no drinking/drugs, no excess of sugar or caffeine or anything in excess that alters our state of BEing.  We'll learn how to regulate our emotions, shift our behaviors, relax more, set a personal mission and motto, and so much more.  All with a low key vibe and lots of time to play and BE.

BE YOUR BEST SELF - Is about who you "BE" much more than what you "DO."  We're all so busy DOING life with the daily responsibilities of family, career, home, friends and chores and it can feel like a daily grind at times.  This is a time of renewal, rejuvenation and reconnection.  Connect with yourself, with your Source, with Nature, with one another.  Get away from the responsibilities and get into the luxury of just BEING.  Just BE your true self!!  Can you FEEL yourself laying on the lounge chair near the pool watching the sunset above?  Smell the salt in the air, hear the birds, feel the aliveness in your BEing?
Taking time to care for YOU, your mind, body and spirit with ease and flow.  Each day you will be eating healthy food, moving your body, meditating/breathing and connecting to your Inner Being/Higher Power in a way that works for you.  Instead of a program that has you busy all day, this one is going to be relaxing and flowing with plenty of time to rest, sleep, journal, play, visit with the other participants, etc.  We'll be creating a powerful environment to change any patterns and behaviors that no longer serve us through subconscious and energy shifts.  These practices will be available in both morning and evening group settings with the full day to follow your own flow.
